President
Olivia Basiouny
Olivia is a senior double majoring in Biochemistry and Animal Science with an emphasis in companion animals. She is primarily interested in becoming a small exotic veterinarian, but has really enjoyed working with zoo animals and would love to do that as well. In her free time Olivia likes to kayak, take walks by the water, spend time with friends, sing, and play games. She loves playing with her five ferrets and cat!

​Annika Tibbetts
Annika is a Junior in APSC with an interest in food animal/livestock medicine, specifically poultry. She currently works as a Veterinary Assistant in a small animal clinic, was an equine stable hand for four years, and spent this past summer on a pasture-raised poultry, swine, and cattle farm. On campus, she is an UTA for ALS 2304 (Animal A&P), a Peer Mentor for APSC FYE, and an egg processing volunteer in VT's poultry facilities. Annika loves all animals and spends much of her free time cuddling with the nearest fuzzy creature around.

Historian
Michelle Borja
Michelle is a senior majoring in Biological Sciences with a minor in Entomology. Outside of PVMA, she is a member of the Horticulture Club, the Minorities in Pre-Vet Club, and the Wildlife Disease Association where she serves as the Social Chair Executive. She recently completed an undergraduate field study from the Mountain Lake Biological Station, focusing on wildlife camera trapping projects. Michelle worked at the Fauquier SPCA for two years before transferring to Virginia Tech and currently hold three other jobs on campus. She has dedicated her life to caring for animals, having never been without a pet, once caring for twelve at a single time. She plans to pursue a DVM to continue her lifelong passion, and hopes to continue making new connections through the club!

Katie Sample
Katie is a sophomore majoring in APSC with an interest in small animal medicine, but still very interested in exploring other areas of vet med. Outside of PVMA she works as a lab assistant for Cardiology at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital and is an APSC FYE peer mentor. Katie is a cat lady who loves crocheting/crafts, thrifting, lifting and music!

Lauren Pudwill
Lauren is a senior APSC major from New Bern, NC, hoping to pursue theriogenology throughout her veterinary medicine career. She loves to visit (and occasionally participate in) any local animal shows, from dogs, to cats, to even chickens at one point! She loves to talk about anything involving genetics and is particularly invested in a higher standard for companion animal reproduction. When she isn't at school, or doing work and club activities, Lauren enjoys reading, writing, and doing fun things with her cats like walks or training!
